The Apis Accounting Control Plane ("the app") is a private, internal tool operated by Apis Technology, LLC. Use is limited to authorized personnel of Apis Technology, LLC for managing its own QuickBooks Online company. No other use is licensed.
You agree to use the app only for lawful accounting and bookkeeping purposes, in compliance with Intuit's Developer Terms and applicable law. You will not attempt to access data belonging to any other party, or use the app to circumvent QuickBooks controls.
The app connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's authorized OAuth flow. You may disconnect at any time, which revokes the app's access. The app writes to QuickBooks only after an explicit human approval of each change.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Accounting output is generated to assist a human reviewer and must be reviewed before it is relied upon. You are responsible for the accuracy of your books.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apis Technology, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time. On termination, disconnect the QuickBooks connection and cease use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
